OUT DOOR PATIO FURNITURE MAINTENANCE GUIDELINE

This Furniture product is produced from the 1 st grade and kiln dried Red Balau wood. Red Balau is a remarkable hardwood. Its natural properties include durability and appearance make it ideally suited for out door applications.

In order to maintenance and care for your furniture investment, the following guideline is recommended,

1. This product has been treated with Teak Oil on its surface during production; therefore, wipe with clean and dry cloth before using.
2. Wood is both beautiful and constantly alive and continues responding to weather and climate. Therefore, when seasoned by weather, the exposed surface will naturally turn into a silver grey if left untreated. In order to maintain the natural finish appearance, apply teak oil periodically is recommended.
3. Generally, maintaining and re-coating furniture is related to the amount of exposure to weather. When furniture fully exposed to weather, re-coating at least twice a year. However, in a fully protected environment, re-coating furniture at least once a year is sufficient.
4. During normal weathering, wood may crack slightly. However, this doesn't affect the structural integrity of the furniture. We recommend checking fittings periodically and re-tightening accordingly. A lifetime is never long enough to exhaust the potential of wood.
